Alissa, a seasoned research analyst and mental health practitioner at Cornerstone Counselling, spearheads the Empowering Wellness Project. With a rich academic background from Yorkville University and Concordia University of Edmonton, along with specialized certifications in Happiness and Mindfulness from Berkeley University, Alissa has meticulously crafted a program to bridge the gap between academic research and actionable mental health initiatives.
