"It is NOT stress that kills us. It is out reaction to it", says Dr. Hans Seyle, a Canadian physician and researcher, who first coined the term 'stress' in 1936.

Understanding stress helps shed light on the incredible power that our minds have over health, well-being, and relationships. Stress is a personal issue, although there are universal causes. In our three week sessions, you will learn the three Universal Stages of Stress, explore how you individually get "stuck" in ongoing stress, and how you can personally address your stressors and recover more quickly. You will learn and practice skills that will help you lower the level of stress in your life thereby finding yourself experiencing more ease in life.

This course will run for 3 consecutive Wednesday's running October 17, October 24, skipping October 31 and ending on November 7.

The time is from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
